De strijd tegen de restschuld

Verslaggever Henk Valk en cameraman Paul Ferguson zijn getuige van een dramatische periode in het leven van Laurens ten Hagen. Ten Hagen dreigt zijn huis kwijt te raken aan de bank en laat het televisieprogramma Dit Is De Dag toe om te registreren wat er dan gebeurt.
 

 De reportage laat zien hoe diep hypotheekschulden in kunnen grijpen in een mensenleven. De spanning loopt hoog op als de deurwaarder aanbelt bij Ten Hagen om zijn huis te ontruimen. Ten Hagen doet een uiterste poging en klampt zich vast aan een kort geding tegen de bank...

Laurens Ten Hagen wordt bijgestaan door Mr. Sven Hulleman. Hulleman is oprichter van de stichting Restschuld Eerlijk Delen en strijdt al twee jaar tegen de banken. Door middel van rechtszaken probeert hij banken te dwingen tot kwijtschelding van de hoge restschulden waar mensen mee blijven zitten als ze hun huis gedwongen moeten verkopen.

P.S.: Hullemans vehikel heet Restschuld Eerlijk Delen. En dat is nou precies wat de hypotheekbank van Ten Hagen ook voorstelt, maar waartegen Hullemans allerlei niet ter zake doende, algemene, soms zelfs onjuiste (zie cijfers CPB, VEH, Kadaster), argumenten aanvoert! Geen wonder dat geen rechtbank zijn cliënten in het gelijk stelt. Een meer dan redelijk voorstel overigens van die bank want die rekening wordt natuurlijk neergelegd bij de overige (nieuwe) klanten van die bank.

Nogal eenzijdig. Pas op het allerlaatst twee minuten een woordvoerder van de VNB. Voor de rest reclame voor zzp'er Hulleman. En als die journalist Van de Geus spreekt over de 'we' die moeten delen dan bedoelt ie dat de mensen de dachten dat huizenprijzen niet konden dalen (wat ze dertig jaar geleden net zo hard deden en tot 1965 stegen ze nauwelijks) en mensen die ongelukkige keuzes hebben gemaakt en mensen die op te grote voet leven, de rekening bij anderen kunnen neerleggen, bijvoorbeeld bij mensen die niet geprofiteerd hebben van de prijsstijging door hun huis op tijd te verkopen, maar altijd gehuurd hebben en daarvoor, tot voor kort, voor gek werden versleten omdat huren weggooien van geld zou zijn. Er is geen 'we' in dezen, noch bij de mensen met betalingsachterstanden noch overigens.

But can I angry on this man ? 'NO' He is/was 'Schizophrenic' > He has/have 2 different personalities.

He has his good side for the outside world, but when you know him better, he is the devil himself.

I meet this (Dutch) guy on a Facebook request.
All nice words coming, look same sunshine.

I has over 12 years a good running shopping website with a good income, and the guy ask me to move over the hosting from the website to him server. I think he is also Dutch (same me) and can good communicate in the same Language.

In November 2010 he invite me for visit his company in Phuket.

And I decide to go in February in 2011.
I go for 5 or 6 days, and all look sunshine. (But he has already problems with his wife)
We make a deal: I go help him with updates his news websites and social media, and he go update and optimize me websites. (He say so)

In the meantime I'm back in Bangkok, and work day and night for him to build up his business and social media.

In the same time I become regular less orders on my 2 shopping websites. But he say with a few banners on his websites and more clicks I go become more visitors and orders.

But nothing was true. I let check my 2 websites and all the meta-tags are gone.

Slowly I go dependent on him. He say no problem, you can always come to Phuket.

On the end of the year, not any order come more and I in him claws, and I must decide to move over to Phuket.

That was the most worse decision in my whole life. 

My whole life I not work for a boss, and there I work under pressure.

I get mental problems and different problems with my health.

Different time I think about suicide, and speak about this with his staff.

The risk is that he want to kill me, when I make it public.
But I not care more.
