Pattaya celebrates the tenth anniversary of the Bikini Beach Race—spooky and sexy this year

 

Pattaya City, the Pattaya Business and Tourism Association (PCBTA), and Central Pattaya will hold the Pattaya International Bikini Beach Race 2026 on Saturday, October 31st, marking its 10th year.

The 5-kilometer evening race on Pattaya Beach in front of Central Pattaya is expected to draw more than 5,000 runners and supporters from over 30 countries.
This year’s theme is “RUN THE WAVE. OWN THE NIGHT.” with a Halloween seaside concept, a planned start around 17:30, and a Glow Party and Beach Concert afterward featuring Thai artist Laem Somphol.

 Deputy Mayor Kritsana Boonsawat chaired a readiness meeting focused on safety, traffic management, and coordination with beach umbrella operators.

The race follows last year’s 9th edition, which drew a similar crowd.

Pattaya: Pattaya City is preparing to host the Pattaya International Bikini Beach Race 2026 on October 31st on Pattaya Beach from 5PM, celebrating the event’s 10th anniversary with a Halloween seaside theme on the same evening as the Pattaya Halloween Festival and Parade also on Pattaya Beach and Walking Street!

Deputy Mayor Kritsana Boonsawat chaired a readiness meeting at Pattaya City Hall. Attendees included PCBTA president Chutima Jiramongkol, a traffic inspector from Pattaya City Police Station, a representative from Central Pattaya, and officials from relevant agencies. Discussions covered safety measures and traffic management along the course.

The race is a joint effort by Pattaya City, the Pattaya Business and Tourism Association (PCBTA), and Central Pattaya. It is scheduled for Saturday, October 31st, 2026, on Pattaya Beach in front of Central Pattaya. The course is 5 kilometers. Organizers expect more than 5,000 runners and accompanying supporters from over 30 countries.

The 2026 edition adopts the concept “RUN THE WAVE. OWN THE NIGHT.” and incorporates a Halloween theme. Runners are set to start at approximately 17:30. After the race, a Glow Party and Beach Concert is planned at the Sunken area on the ground floor of Central Pattaya, with a performance by Thai artist Laem Somphol.

City officials have prioritized safety, especially at road crossings, and will deploy staff to manage traffic and assist participants. Beach umbrella operators in locks 65–73 and lock 74 have been asked to clear equipment after 20:00 on October 29th and 30th and to suspend operations on October 31st. Normal service is expected to resume on the morning of November 1st.

The event continues a long-running beach race that has previously attracted thousands of international participants.October 31st also marks the Pattaya Halloween Festival 2026 on Walking Street and Pattaya Beach, which includes a parade, costume contest, and mini concert!

#Bangkok - A huge international Muay Thai and mixed martial arts event is coming to Bangkok

ONE Championship, the biggest martial arts show in Asia, is coming to the Impact Arena on Saturday, Feb 16 for its next event, ONE: CLASH OF LEGENDS.

While previously known solely for their mixed martial arts competitions (a sport which allows athletes to use all forms of martial arts in a single bout), ONE has recently expanded to add boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai bouts to their shows. Those matches take place under the ONE Super Series banner, and have become a regular part of ONE shows.  

The last time ONE came to Bangkok was back in October, and it was a real bash, so if you are a fight fan it's highly recommended to go. 

For ONE: CLASH OF LEGENDS, there is an emphasis on Thai athletes, with some of the nation’s elite martial artists facing off against the world’s best.

In the main event, four-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Nong-O Gaiyanghadao—a professional Thai boxer who has competed in more than a whopping 300 bouts—will face Chinese superstar Han Zi Hao. 

The winner will score the first-ever ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion.

You can also catch Lumpinee and Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Chamuaktong Fightermuaythai against England’s Charlie “Boy” Peters in a ONE Super Series Muay Thai contest.

Additionally, rising Thai star Rika “Tiny Doll” Ishige returns against Kun Khmer World Champion Nou Srey Pov in a mixed martial arts bout.

Ishige began her martial arts training at nine years old, learning more traditional disciplines like aikido and taekwondo. Since turning pro in 2017, she has earned all of her wins via TKO or submission. The last time ONE came to Bangkok, she scored an impressive first-round TKO win.

Another highlight includes three-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Kongsak P.K.Saenchaimuaythaigym facing Russia’s Alaverdi “Dagger” Ramazanov in a ONE Super Series Muay Thai bantamweight contest.

In addition to that, two-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 will make his debut against Cambodian superstar Lao Chetra.

There are a total of 12 bouts on the card, and ONE is consistently one of the best shows in Asia — so if you are in to fights do check it out.
